Cagan Management Group, Inc. is hiring a Leasing Consultant!

Cagan Management Group, Inc. is looking for an outgoing, organized Leasing Consultant to join our team at two well-maintained apartment communities in Lake County: Atwater in Tavares and Bristol Park/Bristol Lakes in Mount Dora.

This role is often the first impression for prospective residents. You’ll help guide people through the leasing process by giving tours, answering questions, processing applications, and helping future residents find their next home.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents and lead tours of model and available apartments
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text in a timely and consistent way
• Process rental applications, including background and credit screenings
• Verify income and prepare lease documents
• Conduct lease signings in compliance with Fair Housing standards
• Coordinate move-ins and help create a smooth experience for new residents
• Manage renewals and support resident retention efforts
• Assist with marketing and outreach, including resident events, local partnerships, and social media
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units
• Use Yardi property management software for daily tasks
• Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or strong customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn property management software
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, or willingness to complete certification provided by the company
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
