Mount Dora, Florida — Vincent’s Italian Restaurant proudly announces the grand opening of its newly designed “Cocktail Bar” at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 5914 Orange Blossom Trail, Mount Dora, Florida. The celebration will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a complimentary glass of Sangria, and a Door Prize for attending guests. 

This Cocktail Bar represents the latest evolution of the family-owned restaurant, blending its long-standing Italian heritage with a warm, inviting space designed for connection and community. Guests will enjoy a refined yet comfortable setting that reflects the restaurant’s commitment to hospitality, thoughtful design, and authentic cuisine.
