View Personal BioHannah DildayHannah Dilday is the co-owner of Sweet Bites by Beirut Bites, a dessert shop inside Mount Dora Marketplace known for Dubai chocolate, chocolate-covered strawberries, strawberry cups, Lebanese-inspired sweets, handmade desserts, specialty treats and Lebanese coffee. Hannah joined Sweet Bites after helping Patricia Khabbaz Jabbour make strawberry cups and chocolate bars, and quickly became part of the business. Today, she leads Sweet Bites’ pop-ups, markets and event appearances, helping bring the shop’s Dubai chocolate bars, baklava, cookies, brownies, pistachio cream desserts, fruit-shaped cakes, coffee and giftable sweets directly to customers around the community. A Lake-Sumter State College nursing student turned entrepreneur, Hannah brings strong customer care, organization and energy to the family-run brand. She helped grow Sweet Bites from local pop-up events into a downtown Mount Dora storefront serving regulars, visitors and anyone looking for something different.

A Mount Dora native with Lebanese roots, Patricia helped grow Sweet Bites from a family food tradition into a popular local stop inside Mount Dora Marketplace at 100 E. 4th Ave. The shop builds on the hospitality and flavors behind Beirut Bites while giving desserts their own spotlight, with handmade items that blend pistachio cream, crispy filo, chocolate, baklava, kanafeh, maamoul, cookies, brownies and rotating sweets. Patricia has helped make Sweet Bites a destination for customers looking for viral desserts, Middle Eastern flavors, custom sweets, giftable treats, coffee and something different in downtown Mount Dora.
