Eden Abbey Brewing Community is looking for cooks to join our kitchen team in Mount Dora.

We’re a community gathering around the things we love — beer, food, music, creativity, and charity. Our kitchen is a big part of that, and we’re looking for team members who care about good food, steady service, and creating the kind of warm, welcoming experience our guests come here for.

Our menu is built with plenty of personality, from Eden Abbey Bar Bites and Monastery Bites to burgers, sammies, Abbey Wraps, Garden of Eden salads, Monk’s Desserts, housemade sauces, wings, empanadas, skewers, pretzel bites with housemade beer cheese, and more.

We’re looking for cooks who can jump into prep, line service, and busy shifts with a positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to Eden Abbey standards
Supporting prep, line service, and kitchen flow during busy shifts
Working with items across our menu, including bar bites, burgers, wraps, salads, wings, empanadas, skewers, sides, sauces, and desserts
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe
Following food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicating well with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Helping us serve food that guests are excited to come back for

We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed
Able to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
Positive, hardworking, and proud of the food they send out
Available evenings and weekends
Experienced in a kitchen, line cook, or prep cook role preferred
