    Two Pianos, Two Pianists Concert Comes to First Presbyterian Church of Mount Dora
    Phoenix Park-Kim and Randy Frieling to Perform Saint-Saëns’ Beloved Carnival of the Animals
    MOUNT DORA, Fla. — First Presbyterian Church of Mount Dora invites the community to an engaging afternoon of live music with Two Pianos, Two Pianists on Sunday, March 8 at 4:00 p.m. The concert will feature acclaimed pianists Phoenix Park-Kim and Randy Frieling performing a dynamic program highlighted by Camille Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, a playful and imaginative work enjoyed by audiences of all ages.
    Showcasing the power, elegance, and excitement of four hands across two grand pianos, the program blends classical masterworks with lighter selections performed with artistry and flair. Whether a devoted classical music enthusiast or simply a lover of live performance, attendees can expect an entertaining and memorable hour of music.
    Phoenix Park-Kim, Professor of Piano at Indiana Wesleyan University, has performed extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Her career includes appearances at major festivals such as Aspen and performances at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall. An award-winning pianist, Park-Kim is also recognized for championing works by African-American composers, with recordings released on the MSR Classics label.
    Randy Frieling, Director of Music and Worship Arts at First Presbyterian Church of Mount Dora, has enjoyed a distinguished international career as both a soloist and collaborative artist. A frequent Carnegie Hall performer, Frieling has been praised by critics as “a formidable pianist with expressive musicianship,” according to published reviews.
    The concert will take place in Biery Fellowship Hall at 222 West 6th Avenue, Mount Dora. The event is open to the public, and all are welcome.
