Owning Mail-Express wasn’t always part of Lanette and Bob’s plan. After decades of professional experience — including Lanette’s 40-year career with Kroger spanning operations, purchasing, warehousing, and corporate leadership — the couple retired and spent two years living in Panama.
While they enjoyed the experience, retirement didn’t keep them busy for long. Searching for new opportunities back in the United States, they discovered Mail-Express and embraced the chance to build a business in a community they quickly grew to love.
