Huhtamaki’s Zellwood location manufactures molded fiber egg cartons and filler flat trays for egg producers of all sizes, supporting customers from backyard and hobby farms to regional egg producers and national brands.
The Zellwood facility specializes in fiber-based egg packaging made from recycled paper, offering a sustainable alternative to EPS foam and plastic packaging. Products include pre-printed egg cartons, non-printed egg cartons, 30-count egg filler flats and custom printed solutions that allow farms and egg producers to showcase their name, logo and branding directly on molded fiber cartons.Through its eCommerce platform, the Zellwood location also supports small and backyard farms offering custom printed packaging solutions with low minimum order options typically not offered by large manufacturers.
