  • TRUST RECEPTIONIST- FULL TIME (Mount Dora, FL)

    We have an entry-level position available in the Trust Department for a full-time, friendly, polished, and professional Receptionist. This position requires an individual who is personable, articulate, empathetic, patient and committed to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience every time.
     
    The ideal candidate must be dependable and punctual, as they will be effectively handling Trust switchboard calls and front office activity. Responsibilities will include answering and transferring incoming calls, taking messages, welcoming and guiding clients, distributing mail, and performing various other clerical duties for the department.
     
    The hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and all applicants must have the following qualifications;
     
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Professional, courteous and flexible when working with all levels external and internal customers
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient and accurate typist
    • Must be organized, detailed, and accurate in completing tasks
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must be reliable and always punctual
    • Good personal presentation and cordial personality
    • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office and PC software applications
    • Responsible for ordering and organization of office supplies
    • Must always display honesty and integrity
    • Comply with all Information Security and Cybersecurity related policies and procedures.

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 6 months previous office/bank experience
