A brilliant parody of musical comedies of the 1920s, in which a shy, middle-aged theatre buff, called 'Man in Chair', describes the (fictional) 1928 hit The Drowsy Chaperone. As the original LP record spins on the player, the quirkly little musical springs to life in his apartment.
