We are back! Mt Dora Library Community Room wants our group back. We have a lot of reconnecting to do, new friends to meet and new questions to ask about health.
We belong to the national non-profit Plant Pure Communities. There are now almost 500 groups called Pods around the globe. The mission is build stronger, healthier and more sustainable communities.
Please join us start the New Year with a bang. We will share a pot luck meal that is whole food plant based. ( No meat, eggs or dairy and please avoid highly processed foods). Please bring your ideas and a dish to share with the recipe on a card for others to photocopy if they like the dish.
We will listen to your needs and wants. We will toss around ideas for films, book or documentaries to review, recipes to exchange, cooking demos, pantry supplies and shopping lists. We are here to offer support, education and referals to many others that help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Yes this is a free event. No selling of any products or services. We are a support group for those that want to improve their health and others to share their successes.
