Chef Kusa is also the Assistant Store Manager who offers extensive Plant-based knowledge to assist our guest in their Culinary selections. She has been plant-based for over twenty years, and enjoys sharing her passion for creating flavorful and health-full food and recipes using high-vibrating whole plant ingredients.
