Speaker Bio: Jackie Ossin Hirsch is a licensed Business Broker and M&A Advisor with over two decades of experience. In 2004, she founded Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC, which focuses on the sale of businesses in the manufacturing, construction, internet-based, online retail, large restaurant, service, retail, and technology industries. Jackie has extensive business sales experience, including transactions involving stock, cash, seller financing, and SBA financing. She has worked on over 400 transactions and specializes in companies with a value of $1MM to $50MM and EBIT from $500,000 to $10MM. She is a recognized expert in business valuations and has provided over 360 valuations for estate planning, divorce, bankruptcy, partnership buyout, and refinancing. She has also testified as an expert witness in divorce and bankruptcy courtroom proceedings. Jackie is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). There are fewer than 1000 CBI’s worldwide. Her perspective of being in the marketplace enables her to confidentially match the right buyer or investor group with the right business opportunity, ensuring a successful business transaction and business transition. As a result of her dedication to her clients, Jackie has won numerous business brokerage industry awards from the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and has been a Million Dollar producer every year. She has honorably served for five years on the local Orlando BBF Board, in addition to the Florida BBF Board. Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Spanish and Latin American Studies. In addition, Jackie studied International Business at the University of Costa Rica while becoming fluent in Spanish. As a Central Florida native, Jackie has intimate knowledge of Florida business locations, neighborhoods, infrastructure, and demographics. She has traveled to over 30 countries and is adept at relating to any buyer or seller.
