For our presentations being held at Waterman Village, inside our Lakeside Retirement Community, you'll be able to tour our Lakeside Retirement Community common area following the presentation if interested. If we have a residence/unit 'in transition' or available, we will try and show it to those who have interest in seeing it.  We have one 2BR-2BA apartment available in our Lakeside Grand buildings. Our occupancy levels are always at or near capacity.
