Eric Swan is a mild-mannered Londoner in a bit of a pickle – for the past few years, he has been dutifully filing claim forms with the Dept. of Social Security, on behalf of his many, many…many imaginary tenants, while also cheerfully cashing the checks. All has gone well until today, when the Welfare agents drop by to meet everyone in this very accident-prone household.
