Description
There are several players that you must influence in order to bring a sales effort to a successful conclusion. These are the product or service user, the actual buyer, and those that influence the purchase decision. Whether these are actually the same person or not, your chances of success are greatly improved by understanding their individual needs and perspectives.
Our presenter, Steve Epner
Steve is a SCORE volunteer and is a serial entrepreneur with 50 years of experience. He is an adjunct professor of business at Saint Louis University. After his second retirement, he was named the Entrepreneur In Residence for Boeing. His sessions are filled with reality, not theory. You will come away with a list of things to do and how to do them.
