Walk in the Woods – The Outpost will have a ribbon cutting with Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate its new location and grand opening at 237 West 4th Avenue on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 5 PM followed by a private event at the Chamber. This is their second location in Historic Downtown Mount Dora.
Walk In The Woods has been a mainstay on 5th Avenue in Mount Dora for 17 years. They focus on sharing brands that give back as well as offer the best quality products to outfit your adventures. They are expanding their Life is Good collection and bringing on new resort/ adventure brands and couldn’t fit all this Good into their current location. The second store will be in the Arbors & Eyebrows building in downtown Mount Dora. The Outpost will offer the same great quality and service as Walk In The Woods Basecamp and some great new brands.
The Outpost will introduce new team members, Kristie, Becky and McKayla! These awesome ladies will be a part of Walk In The Woods expanding business here in Mount Dora. Kristie and Becky bring over 25 years of retail and business experience to The Outpost. Kristie will be the store manager for that location. Becky is the newest sales associate, and you will see her at both store locations.
