“The building purchase is an investment in our community as much as it is in our business,” said Julie Graham, co-owner of HIRA. “We want our clients to have a positive Medicare experience, but we also want them to be able to enjoy this beautiful town’s dining and shopping. Our new location offers plenty of private parking, enticing visitors to stay awhile.”
In addition to remaining within Mount Dora’s Historic District, the agency desired a headquarters that offers additional amenities. Built in 1910 and located at 428 East 5th Avenue in Downtown Mount Dora, the building boasts a large conference room, private offices, a private bathroom and 10 private parking spots.
