• Trust Operations Accounting Clerk (Mount Dora, FL)

    We have an opportunity available in our Trust Operations Department for a full time Trust Operations Accounting Clerk. The incumbent will be responsible for performing a variety of back-office operational accounting tasks such as; reconciling accounts, record retention and storage, imaging, check processing and distribution, account research, maintaining office/janitor supplies and assist other operations staff with various duties.  The position requires a high level of tact, diplomacy and communication skills.
    The hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and all applicants must have the following qualifications;

    • Trust operations, administrative, and/or reconciliation experience 
    • Strong computer skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office and PC software applications
    • Detail oriented and extremely accurate when completing tasks
    • Efficient and effective in prioritizing, planning and organizing your daily work flow
    • Fast learner who works smart while exercising sound judgement and works independently
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be personable, professional and courteous when working with all levels of internal customers
    • Must display a high level of confidentiality, honesty, integrity at all times

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year operations and/or investments experience preferred
