• Part-Time Receptionist (Mount Dora, FL)

    We have an opening in the downtown Mount Dora location for a reliable Part-Time Branch Receptionist.  The incumbent must be polished, professional and have excellent communication and customer service skills.   They must be able to operate a computerized switchboard in an efficient, pleasant, and professional manner by transferring calls to the appropriate personnel in all offices.  They will also be responsible for greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel. 
     
    All applicants must have the following qualifications;
     
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must be detailed and accurate in completing tasks
    • Work independently with little supervision
    • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office and PC software applications
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal customers
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Good personal presentation
    • Must display honesty and professionalism at all times

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
