Accidentally summoned from beyond during a séance led by the eccentric Madame Arcati, the capricious spirit, Elvira, startles her husband, Charles, with her sudden reappearance. Meanwhile his second wife, Ruth, vies with her ethereal rival’s unwelcome intrusion.
