From 11:30 AM-3:00 PM at La Hacienda restaurant\, enjoy endless house champagne and mimosas alongside live entertainment and a delicious buffet-style dining experience. Begin with refreshing salads and soups\, and of course Black Eyed Peas for good luck\, before diving into a Charcuterie station and a Fruits of the Sea display featuring House Smoked Salmon and Oysters Monterey Style. Chef's Carving Stations include Garlic Peppercorn Crusted Slow Roasted Baron of Beef and more\, and entrees and sides feature Charleston Shrimp and Smoked Gouda & Boursin Cheese\, Chicken Saltimbocca and more. A dessert display will be available to cap off a delicious\, savory meal. The buffet costs $65/guest\, $28/child ages 5-12 and children 4 years and under are free. Service charge and tax are additional. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 352-324-3930.
