DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Mount Dora Mayoral Forum\, sponsored by The Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce\, Inc. Visit Mount Dora & Garden Gate LPT Realty\, will occur Thursday\, October 17th\, from 6:30   8:30pm in the Mount Dora Community Building.\n\nCandidates for Mayor\, Cathy Hoechst\, and James Homich\, have agreed to participate\, with doors opening to the public at 5:30pm.\n\nOur Moderator\, Christopher Heath - The chief elections administrator for the Orange County supervisor of elections\, has also signed up to be part of this event!\n\nThe public may submit questions via email to admin@mountdora.com\, before midnight on Wednesday\, October 16th\, to be considered. Questions will also be taken by the audience between 5:30pm and 6:25pm on Thursday\, Oct. 17 by filling out the supplied card that evening.\n\nCandidates will be available for a short meet and greet between 5:30pm   6:15pm\n\n(Please note that there will be no financial contributions that evening.)\n\nThe forum will be live on Facebook at www.facebook.com/MountDoraCandidates\, individuals unable to attend in person are encouraged to watch the forum here.\n\nNo questions will be taken on the evening of or prior\, on this social channel.\n\nAll interested citizens are encouraged to LIKE & SHARE this page.
