DESCRIPTION:2021 Mount Dora Candidates Forum - Candidates Answer the Burning Questions\n\nThe 2021 Mount Dora Candidates Forum will take place\, Thursday\, September 9 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm in the Mount Dora Community Building. Candidates for Mayor\, Cathy Hoechst (incumbent) and Crissy Stile\, plus candidates for District One Council Seat\, John Cataldo and Carroll Jaskulski will be on hand to participate in this forum. Doors open to the public at 5:30pm. The forum is being sponsored by The Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce\, Inc.\, and Visit Mount Dora\, Inc. \n\n\n\nThe Moderator is going to be Steve Montiero (aka Trooper Steve) from Channel 6. He is not a resident of Mount Dora\, and has no political connection to any Mount Dora Candidate.\n\n\n\nPublic may submit questions by emailing them to Admin@mountdora.com\, and must be received by midnight on Wednesday\, September 8\, to be considered in the drawing for candidate response. Questions will also be taken by the audience between 5:30pm and 6:25pm on Thursday\, September 9 by filling out the supplied card that evening.\n\n\n\nCandidates will be available for a short meet and greet between 5:30pm - 6:15pm\, however no financial contributions can be accepted that evening.\n\n\n\nThe forum will be live on Facebook at www\,facebook.com/MountDoraCandidates\, individuals unable to attend in person are encouraged to watch the forum here. No questions will be taken that evening or before hand on this social channel.  Any interested citizen is encouraged to like the page so they will be notified with updates and when the forum goes live.
