Lend Me A Tenor
Location: IceHouse Theatre - 1100 N. Unser Street, Mount Dora
Description: World famous tenor, Tito Morelli is starring as Otello at the 1934 Cleveland Grand Opera. But when the drunken Morelli downs a double dose of tranquilizers, amateur singer, Max, is coaxed into costume. All goes well until Morelli revives in time for the second act!

Groundhog Day Celebration

Description: Mount Dora Mike and Mount Dora Millie will peek out of their winter digs, a hollowed out palm tree stump and emerge for guests and dignitaries to deliver long awaited information during the 2nd annual Groundhog Day celebration
This light hearted free family fun event will be done at the theatre side of the Donnelly Pavilion at Donnelly Park directly across from the Donnelly house at 535 Donnelly Street, Mount Dora, Florida, (Lake County)
Mount Dora Mike a Hare and Mt Dora Millie a Gopher Tortoise will provide a veritable Tortoise and Hare story will be a backdrop as the two leave the stump for a carrot, to see who will see their shadow first.
